Sound Healing Teacher Training

Discover the foundations of Tibetan sound healing through our Level 1 Sound Healing Teacher Training at Kind Varkala. Across three Sundays, this 12-hour training introduces the basics of sound, vibration, and nervous system regulation using Tibetan singing bowls and guided practice.
