At Kind, we believe that self-development should be accessible—not exclusive. Our pricing is thoughtful and fair, reflecting the real value of what we offer without turning wellbeing into a luxury.
We keep our classes intentionally small so you have room to move, space to breathe, and the support to feel seen. There are no contracts, no pressure—just open doors, honest rates, and the trust that you’ll return when it feels right for you.

Vinyasa Yoga
Mon-Sat 4pm - 500-/
Lead teacher: Nathalie
An energizing and revitalizing class that seamlessly blends the beauty of traditional yoga asana with a dynamic, flowing sequence linked together with the breath. Expect this 90-minute session to challenge both your body and mind, guiding you through a series of fluid asanas (postures) linked with pranayama (breathing exercises) to cultivate strength, flexibility, and balance. This class is open to all levels, but does include more complex yoga postures.
Yin & Nidra
Mon-Sat 6pm - 500-/
Lead teacher: Pawan, Kavi & Nathalie
This class begins with a grounding Yin Yoga practice — gentle, seated, and reclined postures held for several minutes to release deep layers of tension and nourish the connective tissues. The second part of the class invites you into stillness through practices such as Yoga Nidra, sound healing, or guided meditation, depending on the teacher’s inspiration. Together, they create a deeply restorative experience for both body and mind, encouraging surrender, presence, and balance. Suitable for all levels — beginner-friendly and open to anyone seeking calm and connection.
Sound Healing
Sunday 6pm - 1000-/
Lead teacher: Pawan & Kavi
Our Sound Healing session is a deeply restorative experience designed to calm the mind, soothe the nervous system, and reconnect you with stillness. Using instruments like bowls, chimes, and gongs, we guide you through a gentle journey of sound and vibration. The frequencies help shift your brain into a meditative state, supporting deep relaxation, emotional balance, and inner clarity.
This practice is open to everyone, and especially supportive during times of stress, fatigue, or transition.
Ashtanga yoga
Sunday 10 am - 500-/
Lead teacher : Pawan
Our Ashtanga class follows the traditional Primary Series — a structured sequence of postures linking breath, movement, and focus. This dynamic and disciplined practice builds strength, flexibility, and inner steadiness through a set order of asanas. Guided with mindful pacing and attention to alignment, this class invites you to move with awareness and presence. It’s both grounding and energizing — a moving meditation that cultivates balance, resilience, and self-discipline. Open to all levels, with variations offered to support every practitioner’s journey.
Hatha Yoga
Mon-Sat 8:30am - 500-/
Lead teacher: Pawan
Our Hatha Yoga class offers a steady and grounded practice that focuses on alignment, breath, and presence. Through purposeful movement and longer-held postures, you’ll build strength, flexibility, and awareness—without rushing.
Expect an emphasis on standing poses to help build strength, stability and range of motion. Spending more time in each posture will allow you the opportunity to explore appropriate alignment and breath
Accessible to all levels, Hatha is perfect for anyone seeking a more mindful and intentional approach to yoga.
Aerial Yoga
Mon-Sat 3pm - by booking
Lead teacher: Pawan
Our Aerial Yoga class blends traditional yoga with the playful support of a fabric hammock. This uplifting practice helps you build strength, improve flexibility, and explore movement in a whole new way—on and off the ground.
You’ll flow through supported postures, gentle inversions, and relaxing restorative shapes, all while suspended just above the mat. The hammock offers support and challenge, making it easier to release tension, decompress the spine, and tap into your sense of fun and curiosity.
Open to all levels, Aerial Yoga is a joyful way to move, stretch, and see the world from a new perspective.
