Across ten days, you’ll move through four daily sessions and focused workshops, exploring not just technique, but attention, sequencing, subtlety, and presence. The pace is steady and intentional, with space for inquiry, feedback, and personal refinement — ideal for those already grounded in their practice and ready to go deeper.

Through daily sessions, workshops, and guided practices, you’ll explore movement, breath, meditation, and rest in a steady, supportive way. Everything is taught with clarity and care, offering options and adaptations so beginners feel welcome and experienced practitioners feel nourished.

After breakfast, long breaks invite you to rest, swim, read, or wander by the sea. It’s this balance — between structure and spaciousness — that allows the practice to land, integrate, and stay with you beyond the retreat.
