A 7-Day Yoga Retreat in Kerala

In Kerala, the pace is naturally a bit slower, and it creates a good environment to step back from daily pressure and focus on yourself.


PAUSE was designed for that: a small-group retreat centered on yoga, rest, and uncomplicated living.

There are no packed schedules or constant activities.
Just a week to practice, reset, and move through your days without rushing.

What to Expect

PAUSE is an immersive retreat, but it’s designed for all levels.

Throughout the week, you’ll explore your practice through four daily sessions and one focused workshop. We move step by step, with clear guidance, individual support, and plenty of space to ask questions. You don’t need to be “advanced” — just open, curious, and ready to learn.

Even with a full schedule, the retreat has a natural rhythm.
After breakfast, you’ll enjoy a long break each day to rest, read, swim, or head to the beach. It’s the balance that makes the experience: time to learn, and time to simply be.

By the end of the week, we hope you leave with:
• more confidence in your practice
• tools you can use at home
• a daily routine you can sustain
• and a feeling of grounding and clarity

A supportive, in-depth week — steady, spacious, and made for anyone who wants to reconnect with themselves through practice.

The Shala

Our practices take place in our open bamboo shala — light, airy, and held by nature in the quiet area of Varkala.


We’ve stocked the space with high-quality props to support every body: high quality mats, bolsters, blankets for meditation, blocks, straps, and mosquito nets for evening sessions.

There’s also a changing room, a washroom with a shower, and a locked storage area where you can safely leave your things or personal practice gear during the week.

A quiet, comfortable space designed so you can settle in and focus on what you came for — your practice.

Early bird until Dec 25th 10% discount
Prices range from 750 € for a shared non-AC room to 1050 € for a private AC room.


A 200€  non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Payment plans are available. Lets chat about it.
